WHY
If properly designed, constructed, and maintained, your septic system can provide long-term, effective treatment of household wastewater. Septic systems should be maintained regularly, based on the size and use of your tank. Pumping and regular maintenance of your system:
extends the life of your tank and lateral lines
protects against groundwater contamination
reduces nutrient loading into nearby waterways - protecting drinking water and wildlife habitat
This rebate can be issued once every 365 days and is delivered as a direct reimbursement (up to $150) to homeowners. One pump-out per property per year. Completed rebate applications/paid invoices must be received within 90 days of pump-out. To receive the rebate, homeowners must submit an application prior to having tank pumped. Please note you must fill out the form below BEFORE scheduling a pumpout with an approved pumper.

Routine septic pump-outs (typically every 3 - 5 years depending on you tank's size and usage) will cost you around an average $150-$200 per pump-out.
When a septic tank and lateral field reach a point of failure, it can cost up to tens-of-thousands of dollars to replace. Use our septic pump-out rebate program to get a "Fresh Flush" to keep your expenses and maintenance on track.

In order to receive the Fresh Flush Septic pump-out rebate, you must fill out the form below or call JRBP Project Manager Todd Wilkinson at 417-836-4847 PRIOR to having your system pumped. Rebates will not be granted to homeowners who have their tanks pumped prior to receiving an approved rebate form from JRBP personnel. Completed rebate applications/paid invoices must be received within 90 days of pump-out.
